Due to required annual maintenance for the new school year our PCLS Chromebooks have been temporarily paused for the weekend, resulting in an error message when students enter into the Clever portal.
As you attempt to login to your child’s account, you may be seeing one of the following:
If you are using the Clever badge, after you scan with the camera, a red “X” is appearing.
If you are logged in manually with your child's lunch code and state ID, you receive a message that reads “We were not able to authenticate using Google email”
Both of these indicate you have logged in correctly!
Your child’s account will be functioning correctly for them tomorrow. We apologize for the confusion.
