The Student Services office stores High School transcripts and Special Education records from Harvey High School and ECOT.

 

Your transcripts are available to be sent to you or on your behalf.

Most colleges require an official copy to be sent directly to them. For other purposes, such as employment, unofficial copies can be sent to you or directly to the recipient.

 

Information needed in order to process your request includes:

 

Last name used in school and current last name if different

First name

Full date of birth

Year of graduation (if applicable)

Daytime phone number

Complete address where records are to be sent.

 

Unofficial copies can be faxed; if a fax is desired, include fax number and recipient.

EMPLOYERS PLEASE NOTE: Verification of graduation for employment WILL NOT be accepted over the phone. A signed release must be received in writing, via email or fax.
